Place 1 cardamom seed and a chopped half of green apple into a shaker

Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and muddle
3.
Pour 0.75 oz of apple juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of vodka into the shaker
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
6.
Garnish with a fan of green apple wedges
