Granulated cane sugar

Cocktail recipe
1.
A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses

Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes

Place 2 bar spoons of granulated cane sugar and a chopped lime half into a shaker and muddle

Add 5 oz of apple sorbet
5.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Strain into the pitcher

Top up with club soda and stir gently

Garnish with apple wheels
