Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice

Place 30 finely chopped and pitted cherries, a cinnamon stick and 1 oz of honey into a milk pitcher

Simmer on low heat until consistency is even

Turn off the heat, add 0.15 oz of amaretto liqueur, a lime leaf and stir gently

Pour 2.5 oz of freshly made cherry syrup, 0.35 oz of lime juice and 1.5 oz of bourbon into the shaker

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
8.
Strain into the sling glass
9.
Top up with crushed ice

Garnish with a lime leaf, a bilberry, a blackberry, and a Maraschino cherry
