Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes

Place 3 pineapple wedges, a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of silver tequila

4.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Strain into the red wine glass

6.

Garnish with a pineapple leaf
